N.C. CCR Address Validation

N.C. CCR Address Validation Tool
N.C. CCR data submitters can use the N.C. CCR address validation tool as a way to quickly determine whether an address is valid, using a drill down technique that is superior to the search methods available on commonly used address validation websites such as www.usps.com. As of September 2013, the tool is only available for 32 bit machines.
